All services are online

Our dark fiber connection is currently reporting low light levels. We'll be opening a ticket with our dark fiber provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

As a fallback, we had a GRE tunnel between Cosmic and our network that wasn't configured correctly due to recent service provider changes. This has now been corrected, and the network is back online through the GRE tunnel as a temporary solution.
