Official after report from Cosmic.

At approximately 3:26 AM CST, one of our upstream transit providers had a brief interruption on its peering connection with our network. The connection was down for about 10 minutes. When it came back, it did not pass traffic correctly. Our inter-site links had automatically shifted back to that path, so connectivity between our sites was disrupted.

We applied a remedy to resolve the issue at approximately 4:22AM CST. We have identified the root cause and are working with the provider to fix the underlying issue. We apologize for the disruption.

Servers are coming now online, will provide an after report incident.

Dallas Cosmic Guard network is having issues, we're investigating and will provide an update.
