Our dark fiber connection is currently reporting low light levels. We'll be opening a ticket with our dark fiber provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

As a fallback, we had a GRE tunnel between Cosmic and our network that wasn't configured correctly due to recent service provider changes. This has now been corrected, and the network is back online through the GRE tunnel as a temporary solution.

We'll post another update here once traffic has been migrated back to our dark fiber connection.

Our dark fiber is reporting low lights to CosmicGuard, we're now investigating.

We're aware and have pinged Cosmic for an update.
