We've made several attempts to get video output, but nothing has worked so far. We're currently depending on remote hands from the data center, not our own team, which is why the process is taking longer than usual.

As a contingency, we have a backup unit with the same specifications, and we plan to move the drives over to it to bring the servers back online. Once our on-site staff arrives tomorrow, we can swap back to the original unit.

The server was powered off, left for a minute, and then power-cycled, but there's still no video output on the virtual console, and it's still not responding to pings.

The server is online and powered on, but no video is displaying on the console. Remote hands will now attempt to restore video for further troubleshooting.

We believe the issue may be network-related, possibly due to a damaged Ethernet cable or something similar. The server is restarting and powering on and off, but we're not receiving any video signal.
