Post Mortem Report:

We asked CosmicGuard to add a new /24 IP subnet to our Ashburn location earlier today.

CosmicGuard stopped announcing our prefixes in Ashburn because of a configuration error when adding them to the prefix list.

This misconfiguration caused an outage until the error was corrected.

This is now being announced again. We will get an official report from CosmicGuard on why this occured.

We have identified the issue as CosmicGuard not advertising our IP prefixes in Ashburn anymore.

We are already working on this.

We are aware and already looking into this.

ASH-4-01, ASH-4-02, ASH-4-05, and 7 other resources went down.

ASH-4-03, ASH-4-06, ASH-4-07, and 1 other resource went down.
