Incident Report:

In Dallas, we have two connections to CosmicGuard: one through our primary ISP, which is undergoing maintenance, and a backup connection through a secondary ISP that is functioning properly.

After our primary connection failed due to maintenance, CosmicGuard was not accepting outgoing traffic from our backup connection. We contacted CosmicGuard to confirm the status of the backup connection, and service was subsequently restored.

Traffic is now being routed correctly, and we will continue to monitor the situation.

Stand by, the backup is not currently accepting traffic and it's flapping the connection.

One of our connections to CosmicGuard in Dallas has gone offline, we are in the process of bringing it online.

We are aware of some of our servers offline in Dallas. We are investigating.
