This is a service-impacting maintenance notification for our Dallas, TX facility.
During this maintenance window, we will be performing maintenance on our dark fiber infrastructure to improve network reliability and long-term stability. Customers may experience temporary network interruptions or loss of connectivity while this work is being performed.
We expect the maintenance to take approximately 30 minutes; however, we are allocating a one-hour window to accommodate any unforeseen issues.
