This outage was caused by a bug in our Layer 7 proxy system. The affected services recovered automatically through our failover mechanisms in accordance with our auto recovery policies. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Our team has identified and resolved the underlying issue and has taken additional measures to prevent it from occurring again in the future.
