Following the recent incident where the Ethernet cable was damaged https://status.1of1servers.com/incident/433804)
The remote hands connected the cable to the wrong port. We opted to leave it this way to restore the server as quickly as possible and minimize downtime.
Our on-site staff will switch it to the correct.
