We are currently awaiting our data center team to deploy a replacement server, which we expect to have within the next few hours. Once it’s ready, we’ll notify everyone to proceed with the swap.

We will be replacing this with a brand-new server and will provide an update once the replacement is complete. As the node is currently unstable, it is likely to experience additional downtime.

If you would like your VPS migrated to a different node, please open a support ticket.

The NIC card adapter was one version behind, which caused the server to crash randomly during high file download activity. We’ve now updated the driver to resolve this issue. If you encounter any further problems, please open a ticket to let us know.
