This is now completed and everything is back to normal under GRE for the mean time.

Some routes have not changed and advertisement was not being accepted by our carrier. We are going to go again to re-do this in the next 10 minutes.

Due to emergency maintenance scheduled by our datacenter/carrier for Friday night, which is unfortunately beyond our control and cannot be rescheduled, we will be implementing a temporary network change to minimize service disruption.

To proactively avoid extended downtime during the maintenance (up to 10 hours on a weekend) we will transition to a temporary GRE tunnel at 12:30 PM EST on Friday. Normal connectivity will be restored on Monday.

Please note that this transition may cause a brief service interruption of approximately 10–20 seconds on the Ashburn servers.
