We replaced and swap the motherboard for a new one.

The reason being the failure was due to a faulty motherboard from AsRack, we’re actively working on switching these out of production.

We will schedule a time to replace this one.

Server is now back online, will provide an update on the reason later.

Remote hands are already on site and checking on the server.

Server is powered off and not responding to remote commands. We have dispatched a tech to tech on the server.

We are aware and looking into this.
