This unit experienced an issue where it powered on but did not display video or respond to commands. The unit was unplugged and reset, including a CMOS reset to ensure all power was drained from the board. It is now powering back up.

Please note that this particular unit may take approximately 10 minutes to fully boot. We are monitoring its status closely and will provide an update shortly. This unit has had similar issues in the past and was previously RMA’d back to the vendor.

If the unit does not come back online as expected, we will escalate further.

Overnight, remote hands attempted to power on the server and performed basic troubleshooting, but were unsuccessful. Our staff is expected to arrive at the datacenter in approximately 30 minutes to conduct further diagnostics and work on bringing the server back online.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

We are still working with our vendors to create a time frame for the restoration of services to the customers that are affected by this outage.

We appreciate your patience, and will update further with more information when it becomes available.

This ASRock motherboard has already been replaced three times as part of a brand-new server setup, yet it continues to present issues. To address this, we have coordinated with our vendor to reconfigure this node into four smaller nodes utilizing Supermicro motherboards, which are more reliable and less prone to problems.

Soon, we will decommission DAL-5-01 and redistribute its workload across the new nodes.
