Reason for the datacenter power outage:

Severe storms and tornadoes in Texas caused significant damage and loss of life, but our facility should have remained operational despite a prolonged loss of utility power, as it has in the past. The entire Dallas data center has gone dark for everyone. These systems undergo regular testing but it failed to act correctly during the power outage.

Rest assured, our team will conduct thorough investigations and implement all necessary fixes to prevent any recurrence of this issue.

Apologies for the delay. Everyone in the data center is relying on remote hands to power on their servers, resulting in a significant wait time.

DAL-4-01 is now back online and all servers have been powered on. You may need to log into your VPS dashboard to boot your VPS.

All dedicated servers have now been powered on.

We are currently working on powering on DAL-4-01 and bringing it back online.

Our technicians have arrived on-site and are working to restore the DAL-4-01 server, along with several other single dedicated servers. We apologize for the delay; this incident occurred during a challenging time on a Sunday and a holiday weekend.

They have confirmed that there is no physical damage to the facility from the storm in the area. The generators are running, however the UPS are not receiving any power from the generators. Facilities and generator contractors are enroute with an ETA of 30-45 minutes.

The entire Dallas data center has gone dark for everyone. The estimated time for resolution is 30-60 minutes per the datacenter staff team.

All of our Dallas location nodes are currently offline due to a power issue at the data center. We are investigating this matter to update any updates.

Services are being restored and we are currently monitoring the result.

All VPS nodes, except for DAL-4-01, are back online. Additionally, all individual dedicated servers are now operational.

If your DEDICATED SERVER is not online ONLY, please submit a support ticket.

Do NOT submit tickets for VPS.

Power has recovered and services have started to come online. We will report when all clear.
