From the shipment we order, we actually found one that worked even thought they're all the same seems like they might different encoding.
We're going to now proceed with the upgrade.

We are having a compatibility issue with our optic, we do not want to plug in the new cross connect or it'll cause an outage we cannot recover from until we switch back. Stand by while we look for a replacement, the disconnect has not occurred yet.
