ISP Addition in Dallas – Brief Connectivity Blip

We’re adding a new ISP in Dallas to help resolve the intermittent disconnect issues we’ve experienced. The expected downtime is approximately 30 seconds while the new routing takes effect, resulting in a brief network blip.

At this time all Group A migrations have been completed. If you are still seeing your server offline, please log into your client portal and navigate to your server's control panel and boot from there.

Ashburn Server Migration - Phase 2

We appreciate your ongoing business and want to inform you about an upcoming service-impacting maintenance event related to a required server migration.
These VPS nodes are currently hosted in our legacy Ashburn, VA datacenter. As our lease in that facility concludes, we will be relocating all servers to our newer datacenter—where we’ve successfully operated for the past two years.
Expected Downtime: Approximately 2 to 3 hours
