At this time all Group A migrations have been completed. If you are still seeing your server offline, please log into your client portal and navigate to your server's control panel and boot from there.

If after this you find any issues, please open a ticket from your client portal.

At this time DAL-4-01 has been brought back online, and is presently having IP Addresses configured. An update will be posted for this once the configuration has been completed.

At this time a group of 25 servers have been racked and are now back online and functional at this time. If you are still unable to log in utilizing RDP, we are still working to add your server to the rack at this time.

We thank you for your continued patience during this process, and are working as quickly as possible to safely bring your services back online.

At this time all DAL-4 nodes are back online and functional, with the exception of DAL-4-01. We are still working to bring this node back online at this time.

DAL-4-04 is now coming back online from the server migration. All VPS in this node are now functional.

All VPS servers on DAL-4-02 have now fully recovered from migration and are now fully functional.

No VPS are online at all for any nodes. All VPS are not allowing connection while we work on configuring IPs.

IP Configuration has begun for VPS servers and will complete shortly.

We are currently halfway completed with the Group A server migrations. We are working as fast as possible to complete this section of servers, and will post an update once the servers have been brought back online.

We have begun server migration with Group A. If your hostname begins in TX-CX18 your server is a part of this group.

An update will be made once this group of servers has been put back online.

We want to inform you that our contract with our current data center in Dallas is ending, and we will be migrating to a new facility. As a result, your physical servers will need to be relocated, which will require some scheduled downtime.

Expected Downtime per server: 1-2 hours.
Expected Total Migration per day: 4-5 hours.

Migration Schedule:

Group A: March 12th 2025, from 11:00 PM CST to 5:00 AM CST
If your hostname starts with TX-CX18, you're part of Group A.

Group B: March 13th 2025, from 11:00 PM CST to 5:00 AM CST
If your hostname starts with TX-DC19, you're part of Group B.

Group C: March 14th 2025, from 11:00 PM CST to 5:00 AM CST
If your hostname starts with TX-KC21, you're part of Group C.

We do not anticipate any data loss during this migration. However, as always, we strongly recommend keeping a backup of your data.
