Previous incidents

We have now completed the migration of all VPS back to the new node. If your VPS is still on the incorrect node (now DAL-5-01) and you were previously on Frog Node, please open a ticket. We may have missed your VPS.

We will also restart the uptime for the DAL-5-01 node. This is a brand new server, and we will begin monitoring this new node now.

Node is back online.

There was a network blink due to an ISP issue in Australia, this is now resolved.

Stingray Node, Owl Node , Kangaroo Node, and 1 other resource recovered.

We were able to bring the node back online remotely and all VPS servers are now back online for Fish Node.

Please open a ticket to claim your compensation else they will be available to you next billing cycle.

NIC has been replaced. All VPS servers are now back online. If you turn off your server, you need to boot it via your VPS dashboard.
