We wanted to inform you that we will be adding a new UK Internet Service Provider. While we expect this process to be seamless and without any interruptions to our network, we wanted to provide you with a heads-up just in case there are any unforeseen issues.

We’re adding a new ISP in Dallas to help resolve the intermittent disconnect issues we’ve experienced. The expected downtime is approximately 30 seconds while the new routing takes effect, resulting in a brief network blip.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it! We are now upgraded to 40G!

We’re reworking our dockers containers to better handle DDoS attacks.

All other critical websites are online and not affected.

Migration is now completed. If your VPS is not online or booted, open a ticket.

Most VPS servers have completed migration and are back online. If your server is still offline, please access your VPS dashboard to manually start it.

This is now completed and all Nodes are back online. If your VPS is not online, boot it from the VPS dashboard.

This is now done.

At this time all Group A migrations have been completed. If you are still seeing your server offline, please log into your client portal and navigate to your server's control panel and boot from there.

If after this you find any issues, please open a ticket from your client portal.
